Windows re-install includes:
- Identifying faulty hardware
- Completely cleaning off hard drive
- *Backup data (limit 4 gig)
- *Install windows operating system
- Install drivers
- Update all windows service packs and critical updates
- *Install antivirus and malware software
- One software of your choice installed (you supply)

You supply all operating system disks and driver disks (If you do not have these and they are not stored on your system there may be additional charges for supplying drivers)
