Mission Statement

I started this business because I thought the price of computer repair was too high. I worked for the larger companies and I would see them charge $80-$100 an hour. A customer would get a virus and it could take 4 hours to remove the problems. Then the custermer would end up with a bill of $320-$400 for the virus removal. Other companies will need to send your computer off to a central location to be fixed because they do not hire real tech to work in the stores. They end up waiting for a week or more to have the computer fixed. I have repaired computers for over 10 years. I was in the Navy for 6 years repairing computers. I have worked in the IT department for large companies like Caterpillar, repairing computers. Also, I worked for companies that repaired computers for residential customers. I have the education and the experence to do the job for a lower price than you can get from any of the big name places. As you can see on my price page I charge a much lower price, and you can see below my education. If do the work at your location or remotely then normally I have the work done that day. Normally in an hour or two. If I pick up the computer and do the work at my own place I normally have the computer back the next day. If it is a hardware issue and I have to order parts then it would take up to a week, but most of the time I can get the parts that day.
