About Adams A Plus:

Adams A Plus was started because I (Mark Adams) thought the price of computer repair was too high. I worked for the larger companies and I would see them charge $80-$100 an hour. A customer would get a virus and it could take 4 hours to remove the problems. Then the customer would end up with a bill of $320-$400 for the virus removal. 

Other companies will need to send your computer off to a central location to be fixed because they do not hire real tech to work in the stores. They end up waiting for a week or more to have the computer fixed. 

Because people felt like they were being ripped off by these larger companies, they started looking in other places.  Customers would find these people on the internet that offer repair for next to nothing.  These so called techs have no education, no certifications, no insurance, and no business.  What does that mean to you?  If they mess up your computer, there is not much you can do about it.  I get customers calling me all the time, telling me that they took it to one of these so called techs.  

I believe customers deserve better.  Adams A Plus offers top quality services that people can afford.  We only have certified technicians to work on computers, so you know you can trust us with your computer.  On the left side of this screen you can see all the certifications I have, as well as a college degree in computers.  I currently do 90% of the repairs.
